Dairy Products

Doctors usually advise you to stay away from dairy products if you have a sore throat, cold or chest phlegm. Dairy products like milk and cheese increase phlegm, which can worsen the condition with phlegm deposition in the lungs.

High sugar stuff

Beverages such as cakes, candies, cold drinks, packed fruit juice, soft drinks or high sugar items make any type of disease worse. Eating them makes the heart happy, but it is nothing less than an enemy for your body. They not only irritate the stomach but also weaken the immunity.
