Healthy snack For all day workout

1. Fried chicks or broad beans
Serve potato chips and other salty snacks. Fried beans and broad beans are as tasty and spicy as other popular but low-calorie snacks. It is also a great source of fiber and protein.

2. Dried fruit
As with any other type of snack, dried fruit is good for food. The amount of nuts and dried fruit also helps to build a strong metabolism. You should add almonds, cashews, dried, walnuts, figs, dates, and a few dried berries to your snack while working at home. A small amount of nuts eaten regularly has many health benefits.

3. Popcorn
The great thing about popcorn is that it is a perfectly healthy snack that is amazingly nutritious. A cup of wholegrain popcorn provides dietary fiber and protein, making it a great food choice. So if you need something to import you can always get yourself a popcorn feed. Or, if you break down the whole bag, the calories you eat will remain relatively controlled.

4. Vegetable sticks
Sounds boring? If you are a person who is looking to increase physical activity, a few daily vegetarian services are not a brainer. This is done for raw and cooked vegetables. They are rich in nutritious foods and contain a lot of dietary fiber to help keep you full. Try absorbing carrot, capsicum, tomatoes and cucumbers. Overeating is not a problem in this case because veggie sticks have zero calories.

5. Granola bars
Life is too good to be true. You can try making your own granola bars by burning sugar and butter in a pan. Pour this preparation with dried, dried oats and calcium as you like. Wrap in aluminum foil and freeze. Your protein-rich bars are ready to eat.
