Malaika Arora is all up for plant-based food. The actress recently shared a picture of preparation on her Instagram Stories that not just looked delicious but was also healthy. She posted a picture of the delicacy and wrote, “Put ur DIY KIT to good use…turned out yummmm.” Malaika has been a huge fan of vegan alternatives. Raveena Tandon reshared the story on Instagram and responded, “This looks amaze” with heart-eyed emojis.

Meanwhile, the fitness diva has started her own Instagram trend that says #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek wherein she teaches yoga poses to fans. In the latest post, Malaika shared a picture of herself performing Ekapada Ashtanga Namaskara asana. Elaborating about the posture, the 47-year-old wrote, “It helps boost energy in the body while improving your core strength. It also helps you get stronger arms and enhance body awareness.” She also gave a step-by-step tutorial further. Filmmaker Farah Khan commented on the post saying, “I want you to do this namastey the next time we meet.”

In an interaction with The Telegraph, Malaika had talked in detail about yoga. “The best thing about yoga is you can make it a part of your life without having to disrupt any agenda for the day. It seamlessly fits into your life. I’m at the studio practically every day. When I’m not here, I do it wherever I am, whether it’s a hotel room or at home,” she added.
