WhatsApp’s new terms and privacy policy
WhatsApp users will soon be required to accept the new terms and privacy policy of the app. It is believed that you will not be able to use WhatsApp if you do not agree with this Privacy Policy. According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is going to update its terms of service on 8 February 2021. And, it states clearly that If WhatsApp users do not agree with this then they will not be able to use WhatsApp.
What’s important in this new policy?
As per the new WhatsApp policy, the licenses that are being given to the users, states that they can use the features like they can upload, submit, store, send or receive content to WhatsApp, use them, or reproduce them.
Present-day scenario
Currently, the users have an option of not now which means that they don’t need to accept it. And, the app continues to run regardless of your acceptance. Besides, new features include integration with Instagram as well as with Facebook.
